RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION POLICY

Terms of Use

  • All Toshali hotel reservations are prepaid.
  • Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Phone Calls, Room Service, Restaurant Services and any other service not mentioned in reservations.
  • Please do not call the hotel directly to make changes or cancel this reservation, as their agents will not be able to change or issue refunds for these specially negotiated rates.
  • If you are reserving multiple rooms at the same hotel for the same dates, you must use a different name for each reservation. Using the same name for multiple reservations may cause the hotel to cancel reservations that appear to be duplicates.
  • Changes to the name on a reservation are not permitted after the booking is completed
  • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • You must present valid photo ID at check in. Aadhar card / Voter’s ID / Driving License or Passport is a must.
  • You may be required to present a valid credit or debit card or cash deposit at check in for incidentals.
  • Please review your itinerary immediately. If any issues arise before or during your trip you must call us right away. Why? We work with our suppliers to resolve your concerns, so the only opportunity we have to help you is before your trip ends. If you wait until you return, it's too late.
  • If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. Any portion of your trip that has been used is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance.
  • Bed types, smoking preference, and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability.
  • Any bookings of more than 9 rooms will be treated as a group, and group policies will be communicated to the reservation agent in a separate mail accordingly. All Terms and conditions specified in this document is applicable for bookings less than 10 rooms, made from the same source, for same dates and under identical names.

PAYMENT
INDIVIDUAL BOOKING
  • Full advance of the entire room stay will be taken as advance payment for all walk-ins at the time of arrival or same day reservation.
  • Higher of 1 night advance or 50% advance payment of the entire stay to be deposited if a booking is received for a Individual Booking before 7 days.
  • Higher of 1 night advance or 75% of the advance payment of the entire stay to be deposited if booking is received less than 7 days.
  • For scanty baggage holders an additional amount of Rs 3000/- per day per room to be taken as an advance for other incidentals.
RESIDENTIAL WEDDING
  • If the reservation is cancelled before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
  • Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • Less than 7 days of the date of arrival, entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.
GROUP BOOKING
  • On the day of signing the agreement 50% of the total billing to be taken as advance payment. Signing of agreement should take place within 15 days of blocking the accommodation.
  • 50% of the total amount to be paid before 7 days of the arrival.
  • Rest amount should be paid as per the Credit Application form duly approved by concerned authorities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
INDIVIDUAL BOOKING
  • Non-refundable booking policy applies.
  • Only one amendment allowed within six months from the initial arrival date.
  • Amendment subject to availability of hotel rooms. Amendment based on dynamic rate at the time and must be made in advance.
  • No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
GROUP BOOKING / RESIDENTIAL WEDDING
  • If the reservation is cancelled/amended before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
  • Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • Less than 7 days of the date of arrival, entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.
AMENDMENT/POSTPONEMENT
  • Within 03 – 07 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention for cancellation and NO CHARGE FOR CHANGE OF DATES, but this changes cannot be modified again or changed again. 100% retention will be applicable then.
SERVICES

All Services mentioned in the voucher are non refundable and non adjustable.

It's a computer generated Voucher/Fax hence Signature not required.

This includes sharing the information with its holding company as a general business practice but Toshali resorts ensures that the information shared with such 3rd party are in accordance to the policy of the resort.
  • In the course of its business www.toshaliresort.com may hold on-line contests and surveys as permitted by law and it reserves its right to use and disseminate the information so collected to enhance its services to the visitors. This shall also include sharing the information with its holding company as a general business practice
